On Sunday 11 October , in the middle of the International White Truffle Fair of Alba, a Sunday to discover other generous fruits of the earth: the capital of the Langhe will be transformed into a huge banquet to celebrate the versatility of herbs and spices.
Numerous exhibitors will gather in Piazza Risorgimento (Piazza del Duomo) to inebriate you with fragrances and flavours, bringing Italian excellence related to herbs and spices: Barolo chinato, bitters, distillates, teas and tisanes, flavoured beer, candies, chocolates, oils, ointments, creams and perfumes. In addition, during the event, the portico of the church of San Giovanni in Piazza Pertinace will host workshops and educational demonstrations for adults and children.
