On Monday, June 22, a new event at the Enoteca Regionale di Mango, inside the castle:
Moscato Welcome Lab, an afternoon dedicated to those who want to discover new ways to showcase Moscato through hospitality, the local area, and creativity.
Together with Martina Doglio Cotto, an AIS-certified sommelier, wine educator, and specialist in wine tourism hospitality, and Nicola Mancinone, a bartender and mixology consultant for the Asti DOCG Consortium, we will explore ideas, best practices, and new perspectives for showcasing Moscato d’Asti DOCG and Asti Spumante.
Special attention will be given to mixology, with the presentation of innovative cocktails featuring Asti Spumante and Moscato d’Asti DOCG as the stars, demonstrating how tradition and innovation can come together in the glass to create new opportunities for enjoyment and storytelling.
