On Monday 27 April at 7 pm, the historic cellars of the Banca del Vino in Pollenzo are hosting an evening dedicated to the Roero hills. The richness of the soil and the extraordinary biodiversity that characterise the region will be explored through the perspectives of Hilberg Pasquero (Priocca) and Tibaldi (Pocapaglia)
The cost of the evening is €25
For Slow Food and FISAR members and UNISG staff, the cost is €20
For Banca del Vino members and UNISG students, the cost is €16
