An experience of listening, movement and awareness
The monthly series of meetings Abitare il corpo continues, an experiential space dedicated to wellbeing and listening to oneself through the body. Not a dance class, but a time of presence and exploration, in which the body becomes a gateway to the inner world.
This month's meeting is dedicated to feet, knees and legs: our pillars, our roots, our momentum and the way we “stand in the world”. Through movement, perception and words, participants will be guided to explore support, flexibility and direction.
An experience open to all.
