A small farm in the heart of the Roero, where nature sets the rhythm of everyday life. We raise goats in a semi-free-range system, allowing them to graze freely and naturally, to produce high-quality artisanal cheeses that truly reflect the land. We follow a fully natural cycle, both for our animals and for our products, demonstrating that low-impact, sustainable farming is not only possible, but essential for preserving the authenticity and biodiversity of the territory.
