Our love for the land, for its raw ingredients, and our dedication to cultivating it have been passed down through three generations—from our grandparents Oreste and Fiorentina, to our parents Roberto and Giuliana, and finally to me. The first hazelnut trees, planted by our ancestors over two centuries ago, did not always sustain the family’s livelihood. Yet over time, a deep, almost visceral bond with this land inspired me to turn these orchards into my life’s purpose. Our values, sacrifices, and tireless commitment are all part of a larger vision: to carry forward a legacy that began more than a century ago, with determination and passion. Because within every hazelnut lies a piece of our land—and a part of ourselves. A special thought and heartfelt thanks go to my grandmother Piera, the first to hand-shell and roast the hazelnuts for our earliest experiments, right after the company was founded. She remains my daily source of inspiration and strength.
