In Vesime's old town, in June 1999, the pastry shop Pasticceria- Caffetteria - Cremeria La Dolce Langa was opened by Fabrizio Giamello. The modern, comfortable premises are located in the restored area of the already famous Da Giusepin pastry shop, which was most renowned for the delicacy and wholesomeness of its products since 1898. Today Fabrizio prepares his tasty treats while respecting and enhancing the tradition of local products.These include hazelnut cake, Bacio di Langa® cake, fresh and dry pastries, brutti e buoni cookies, sweet truffles, breakfast biscuits, parfaits including Moscatella®, panettone and colomba cakes filled with hazelnuts, a wide selection of artisan ice cream and many other delicacies. Every year in July, Fabrizio will be waiting for you to celebrate the anniversary of the opening and the election of Miss Bacio di Langa. The magnificent setting of the square, immersed in live music, provides a refined setting for this pleasant and tasty occasion.
