The company was born in 2010 as a result of Alessandra Vigliani's dream to start her own stud farm for thoroughbred competition horses. After taking over the already existing structure, renovation and modernisation work soon began.A few years later, driven by the desire to invest in a second business that could be combined with the surrounding winemaking industry, she came up with the idea of opening a small cheese factory with goat breeding. So, Alessandra began to attend cheese-making and milk processing courses on a regular basis. As soon as the new premises were ready, the first goats entered the farm. Following studies and research into the yield and quality of the milk produced, the Camosciata delle Alpi breed was immediately chosen. The initial group had barely fifteen animals, but despite the small quantity of milk produced, it was now possible to experiment with the first processes. Initially helped by a friend, and later by her nephew Marco, Alessandra was able to officially start the business. Over the years, the herd has steadily increased, ensuring a significant quantity of milk today. As the herd increased, so did production, improving more and more in quality and product variety. Thanks to ongoing studies and training courses, as well as the advice of milk experts and technicians hosted in-house, it is possible to constantly introduce new and inviting products, suited to every type of demand.
