The history of Grapperia Artigianale Alì began in the 1950s, when the founder, oenologist Giuseppe Aliberti, decided to dedicate himself to the production of liqueurs. In 1995, the company was taken over by current owners Poglio Gianluca and Andrea. In recent years, the focus has been on the production of typical Piedmontese grappas, young and aged, single-varietal or flavoured with herbs and roots. Furthermore, the production of liqueurs, which has always been the heart of the company, has been consolidated, with special attention paid to the quality of the selected raw materials and to customer requests, with the creation of special customised recipes.
