Since 1920, the Giolito family has dedicated its energies to the refinement of cheeses and today this passion is hosted in a small shop in Bra's old town. Great attention is paid to all products of the Piedmontese cheese tradition and to the key specialities of other Italian regions, and a small area is dedicated to foreign cheeses. A place where culture and tradition meet and where you can immerse yourself in the fabulous world of cheeses.
