Distilleria Beccaris was born almost through a ""magic trick"". In 1951, the founder Cav. Uff. Elio Beccaris was determined to start his own business, but not knowing whether to start a distillery, a wine cellar or a vinegar factory, he had his son Carlo, then only a few months old, make the decision. He put three cards containing the possible choices in a hat and asked his little child to pick one of them, the decisive one.The production cycle begins every late summer with the selection of marc from the heart of the wine-growing area located between the lower Langa and the first hills of Monferrato; then come all the stages of distillation, ageing and preparation of the bottles that are presented to the market every year after a journey undertaken with all the research and passion of the artist who finally completes his work.
