Rumé Farmhouse is located in Alta Langa, in the village of Murazzano, surrounded by an unspoiled natural landscape where the rolling Langhe hills the mountains of the Monregalese area. Here, we raise cows, sheep, pigs, and free-range poultry in a welcoming, family-run environment, following non-intensive and sustainable farming practices. We cultivate maize, barley, and forage to feed our animals, ensuring a fully integrated and authentic farm-to-table approach. On the farm, we carefully transform our raw ingredients into traditional specialties, including cured meats, sausages, and the renowned Toma di Murazzano cheese—one of Piedmont’s most distinctive dairy products. For over thirty years, we have also been welcoming guests through our agriturismo, offering genuine rural hospitality alongside educational farm activities that allow visitors to experience the rhythms and traditions of countryside life.
