We are a small farming company featuring 3 generations of hazelnut growers and we are located in the south-western part of the Langhe. We cultivate our 20 hectares of land directly, partly with hazelnuts and partly with cereals and fodder for our cattle. The Langhe hills are most suited to the hazelnut cultivation, and our production is entirely certified Piedmont Hazelnut P.G.I. of the Langhe. Considering our company size, we have a small production, which may vary from year to year. In 2015, we set up a shelling, roasting and packaging laboratory to ensure complete and direct control over the entire supply chain; since then, we have been on the market with quality products. Our passion leads us to enhance this magnificent fruit in a variety of different products, from fragrant roasted hazelnuts to delicious spreads. We personally take care of our hazelnut groves and pay great attention to the well-being of the plants. We have always opted for little fertilisation, done with manure from our animals. Harvesting is done with special machinery, hazelnuts are dried in the sun and stored in ventilated boxes. The shelled hazelnuts can be stored for up to 15 months after harvest, as the shell naturally preserves the fruit's integrity. Shelling and other processing take place weekly to guarantee that consumers always get a fresh and tasty product.
