The heart of our business is the cultivation and processing of the I.G.P. Piedmont Hazelnut, a very high quality raw material from our own harvests and a distinctive feature of the Piedmont region. Our main goal is to continue and innovate, through increasingly modern and mechanised agronomic methods, the centuries-old tradition of hazelnut cultivation in the Alta Langa area which, with its peculiar orography and pedoclimatic characteristics, is the ideal setting for the development of this type of cultivation.
