We are a family-run business nestled in the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we have been cultivating hazelnuts for three generations. In 2022, Luana—a pastry chef with years of experience and a deep love for this land—decided to transform the company’s hazelnuts into a range of sweet and savory products. This vision came to life through the renovation of the old “porcilaia” (pigsty), originally built around 1930 by the company’s founder, Giovanni.
