In a world of work-related stresses and fleeting lives, we have made a clear and challenging choice. Over the years, we have enriched ourselves with experiences, acquired numerous skills and a variety of knowledge that have made us a little wiser and given us the clear-mindedness to decide what to do with our personal and professional lives.Strengthened by our experience in the field of food and wine, being lovers of nature and the countryside, which is partly at the root of our origins, we found ourselves somewhat fed up and bored by an unscrupulous food trade that almost exclusively fattens up the intermediaries of a production chain, often also of questionable quality, to the detriment of those who, like the producers, work hard to achieve excellent quality. We want authentic genuine flavours and fragrances that can also reward with the right price those who know how to create well these flavours and fragrances. This is why we have chosen to combine the desire to work in a more human and ""natural"" environment with the will to create a family in a healthy and genuine atmosphere. The fruit and vegetables we put under glass come directly from our gardens and orchard where they are grown naturally. After we have carefully selected the best raw materials with painstaking craftsmanship, following the traditional Piedmontese recipes of our grandmothers, we create fruit juices and compotes, mustards, sauces, appetisers and vegetable creams. No thickeners, preservatives, additives, flavourings or colourings are ever used. Whenever needed, we add organic cane sugar, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, unrefined wholemeal salt, our own wine vinegar and herbs from our garden.
