Azienda Agricola C. Bianca, owned by the Cavallero family, is located in Loazzolo, on the hills of Bassa Langa, in that corner of Piedmont that stretches from the heights south of the town of Canelli to the borders of Liguria, where a strip of clayey soil favours the growth of top quality fruit. It is in these lands that the precious Loazzolo cheeses are produced. We follow the whole production cycle, from the rearing of the animals to the production and maturing of the cheeses, therefore ensuring the genuineness of our products.The vineyards surround the winery, and every year they produce wines with a classic flavour, highly valued for their unmistakable taste and for the ever-changing nuances that each vintage provides. Directly from the field to the table, here you can savour the fruits of an earth cultivated with love and passion.
