Bosco delle Galline Volanti (literally the Forest of Flying Hens) is a three-hectare experimental fruit and vegetable farm that uses natural agronomic techniques such as natural, regenerative and synergetic agriculture combining ancient knowledge with modern techniques, while mimicking natural processes to maintain soil fertility. We are in the process of starting organic certification. Bosco delle Galline Volanti is also an agritourism, an educational farm, a small food forest, a vegetable garden and a farmers' market: it is a place where you can feel at home! Our whole reality is multifaceted and creative, a place where you can relax while sharing the love for good and natural things. Our dishes are prepared by us using exclusively vegetables from our synergistic garden and products from local farms of the ''i giusti fattori'' network, of which we are the driving force. Our daily endeavour is to combine the satisfaction of our customers for a well-done dish, a good glass of wine, a sincere smile, with a moment of discovery through an event, a class, a sensory tasting. We would be most happy to welcome you here and help you discover, with our personal point of view, a truly rich and surprising area. Bosco delle Galline Volanti has its processing workshop as well as sales outlet and restaurant in the centre of Barolo in the historic premises of the social winery and cultivated plots in the village of La Morra.
