Three friends, one shared passion: beer. Years of dedication, hard work, and in-depth research into authentic flavors and aromas led to the founding of Kauss Brewery on April 23, 2012. From the very beginning, the three founders set out to create a beer deeply rooted in the local economy and their own heritage, with a strong commitment to respecting nature and carefully selected raw ingredients. The brewery is located in a rural building owned by Luigi’s family—the master brewer—where the entire production process takes place.
