Paolo Chiusano is the owner of Azienda Agricola Teresina. He is a graduate in Viticulture and Oenology from the Universities of Alba and Turin. Alongside the work related to his studies, he set up a hazelnut production business with the aim of processing and selling the finished product. The company's land extends partly in the area surrounding the farmhouse and in part within the Valle Andona, Valle Botto and Val Grande Special Nature Reserve, with a total surface area of 24 ha, 18 ha of which are hazelnut groves. The oldest hazelnut groves, planted by grandfather Vittorio and grandmother Teresina, date back some thirty years; apart from taking care of these, from 2006 to the present day, grandson Paolo has continued and increased the activity by planting new hazelnut groves and acquiring others.
