On Monday, September 7th, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the courtyard of Cantine Ascheri will host “irregular” artisans, food, wine, and live music to showcase the people, realities, and projects that have chosen to do business differently.
The common thread of the day is “irregularity” as a state of mind that stems from a critical perspective.
The morning will feature the panel discussion “Irregulars: Nonconformity and Critical Thinking in Independent Entrepreneurship,” reserved for the press and hospitality industry professionals and moderated by Chiara Cavalleris of Dissapore; in the afternoon, open to everyone, visitors can explore the booths set up in the courtyard, engaging directly—and sampling their products—with those who produce in an ethical, sustainable, and independent manner.
