Albugnano

Walking itinerary through an extraordinary hiking route of great cultural, spiritual and scenic interest between the Turin Hills and Monferrato; a route that connects territories and brings people together and is intended to have the colors of Peace as its symbol. 
The route runs from the Natural Park of Superga Hill, to the Natural Park of Sacro Monte di Crea, passing through numerous municipalities in the provinces of Turin, Asti and Alessandria. The route almost always along the watershed line, which separates the Po Valley to the north, from the valleys of the Tanaro tributaries to the south, opens up to exciting scenery on views of the stunning alpine crown surrounding the Piedmont Region.

1st stage - Saturday, May 31: Basilica of Superga - Abbey of Vezzolano (Albugnano) - 26 Km

2nd stage - Sunday, June 1: Albugnano - Murisengo

DESCRIPTION: We enter the typical hills of Monferrato among woods, cultivated fields and vineyards. 

Stage 3 - Monday, June 2: Murisengo - Sanctuary of Crea - 21 Km

The hike is led by Anna Maria Bruno, an environmental and tourist hiking guide.

The organization has provided a Shuttle Service with minibus for those who will arrive with their own vehicle with an accompaniment from departure to arrival every late afternoon to retrieve their means of transportation or an accompanying Shuttle Service to move to the accommodations along the way.
