The Roero Regional Wine Shop is organizing a new edition of the “Walk Through the Roero Vineyards” on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Monteu Roero.
This event combines the pleasure of walking with the discovery of the Roero’s vineyard-covered landscape, passing through some of the area’s most picturesque spots between Monteu Roero, Occhetti, and Sant’Anna, with stops for wine tastings and moments of conviviality.
The walk follows a route of about 5 km through vineyards, dirt roads, and scenic viewpoints, offering participants the chance to experience Roero from a different perspective, immersed in nature and the places where its wines are born.
Here is the program
5:45 PM at Ciabot San Giorgio, the starting point of the route. Two stops for vineyard tastings are scheduled along the route, at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, during which participants can savor local wines directly in the places where they are produced. At the end of the walk, the group will return by shuttle to Ciabot San Giorgio, where the evening will continue with a merenda sinoira accompanied by music, in a festive and convivial atmosphere.

Cost: €40.00 (includes guide, tasting, merenda sinoira, and transfer)
Light trekking shoes, a hat for protection from the sun, a small supply of water perhaps in the backpack and a change T-shirt for the arrival and final stop are necessary.
