The Animae Langhe Cultural Association, founded with the aim of promoting the landscape, lesser-known places, and cultural heritage of the Alta Langa, offers a day with ANTONIO SARZO and PATRIZIA PERINI dedicated to the botanical discovery of dandelion, a plant rich in nutritional properties and a staple of peasant cuisine.
Meet at the car park at the foot of Monteoliveto, guided walk with observation and collection of dandelions, return to the farm for a “wild herb lunch” and an exchange of recipes, notes and family memories.
