Martino Canavese, an artist specializing in carving and sculpture as well as painting and xylography, opens the doors to his laboratory in Monale for guided tours.
Starting from his recent work "The Other Side of the Coin", which deals with the theme of sustainability and the environment by proposing a way in which humanity could better relate to nature, Canavese presents a new engaging approach to these ancient yet very current artistic techniques.
Visitors will observe how he creates his wooden works, witnessing precious explanations of the various production phases and create their own xylography and bring it home.
