On Saturday 8th, from 7.30 pm, the celebrations in Canelli will begin with an evening dedicated to flavors, music, and conviviality. Admission is free and no reservation is required.
On Sunday 9th, from 9.00 am, the stands of the National Truffle Fair and the San Martin Fair will open. At 10.30 a.m., there will be a concert by the Canelli City Band followed by a parade of Trifulau and their truffle dogs organized by the Trifulau Association of Canelli. Followed by an aperitif with the trifulao . At 11.30 am, Sala delle Stelle - Town Hall: inauguration of the exhibition “GRAFICHE. VIAGGIO NEL NOVECENTO ITALIANO” (GRAPHICS. A JOURNEY THROUGH 20TH CENTURY ITALY) .
There will be many food and wine offerings in the Palatartufo and among the stalls of the Fiera di San Martin, with no reservation required.
And then many activities: guided tours, sensory analysis of truffles, truffle hunting for children...
