From 30 October to 2 November 2025, at the Enoteca Regionale del Barolo, alongside the classic selection of Enomatic tastings of Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, Barolo DOCG 2021 and Barolo DOCG 2020, you will also find the “8 Sfumature di Barolo” (8 Shades of Barolo): a selection of 8 Barolos from different vintages and MGAs, coming from different municipalities and arranged in a fascinating descending order to explore the evolution of one of the most iconic wines in the world, celebrating the complexity and depth that only a great Barolo can offer.
The event takes place from 10:30 to 18:00, offering an immersive experience with assisted tastings of 8 vintages chosen in rotation from the 2019 harvest to the 2006 harvest and presented in optimal serving conditions: in fact, depending on their ageing, some bottles will be uncorked at least 12 hours before the start of the event, as they require time and patience, and only then will they be served in Enomatic alongside the others to preserve the natural expression that identifies their character.
To participate, you must purchase the Barolocard PREMIUM directly at the Enoteca at a fixed cost of €55 per person, without reservation, subject to availability and any waiting times.
