At 11 a.m. in the City Council Chamber, there will be a book presentation telling the story of Francesco Rivella, the food chemist who became a trusted collaborator of Michele Ferrero and contributed to one of the world’s most beloved confectionery inventions. The author, Enrico Rivella, will speak with Mayor Mario Zoppi, journalist Giancarlo Montaldo, and attorney Paolo Riccardo Rocca.
In the afternoon, walk with the author through the Fenoglio-related sites in Barbaresco and the Rocche geosite along the Tanaro River. Meet i at 3p.m.
