An hour dedicated to mindful breathing and movement, featuring fluid and harmonious movements amidst the natural setting of the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation’s open-air contemporary art park, located on the hill of San Licerio in Guarene.
An experience open to everyone, designed to offer a moment of genuine well-being, to rediscover calm and mindfulness, to ground oneself in the present moment, and to release tension, worries, and daily stress.
