Sunday 4 October 2026 will be a wonderful day for Montechiaro d’Asti, as participants will have the chance to cycle alongside the champions who have brought glory to Italian cycling, both nationally and internationally, under the patronage of the host municipality. There will be two cycling routes to fully experience the hills of the Lower Monferrato: a non-competitive cycle tour and a gravel route. A stunning route where sport, culture, history, landscape and monuments – such as the little Romanesque churches – come together. A wonderful experience that allows you to recharge your batteries and discover the beautiful hills, as well as the Don Bosco trail.
The great champions of the past who will be cycling alongside the participants are: Eugenio Berzin, Gianni Bugno, Claudio Chiappucci and Gianni Motta… whilst others will be present at lunch, together with sports journalist Franco Bocca.
