On Saturday 31 October 2026 at 9.00 pm, the Accademia di Cultura Nicese L’Erca is hosting an event featuring recipes from Armanoch 2026. We will be taking an in-depth look at ‘Zabaione al Barbera’, with contributions from Lucia Barbarino, Marina Miroglio, Alessia Martino and Fausto Solito. We will explore this delicacy through the recipe and its traditions.
Sweet surprise at the end of the evening.
