- DOP cheeses in the kitchen: presentation and tasting of 3 dishes based on Roccaverano DOP, Murazzano DOP and Ossolano DOP by Gianni Bonadio - Chef of the “AFP Colline Astigiane Scuola Alberghiera di Agliano Terme e Asti” paired with 3 wines from Agliano Terme
