From June 5 to 28, 2026, the Church of San Carlo in Piovà Massaia will host the exhibition THAUMA – The Absence That Remains, a solo exhibition by Gregorio Furnari, curated by Pow Gallery.
The exhibition will open on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Church of San Carlo in Piovà Massaia and will present an immersive journey through installations, sculptural imprints, and optical surfaces, in dialogue with Plotinus’s Neoplatonic thought and the concept of “thauma,” understood as wonder and a striving toward the invisible.
The exhibition offers a reflection on the relationship between presence and absence, memory and transcendence, through an intense and deeply contemporary artistic exploration.
