That’s exactly right! Roccaverano, at 749 metres, is the highest village in the Asti area and, naturally, overlooks the Asti Langa. The walk begins at 9.00 am on Sunday 26 July 2026 at the Church of San Rocco, near Regione Puschera (between Roccaverano and Olmo Gentile), with the group setting off at 9.30 am. After about an hour, you’ll reach Bric Puschera at 851 metres above sea level – the highest point in the whole province of Asti! The view stretches from medieval towers to the Alps… weather permitting! After a stop to sample local specialities, we’ll return to Roccaverano by car and visit the Castle Tower to enjoy the panoramic view. In total, the route covers 6.6 km and is classified as a T-level walk (tourist-friendly, suitable for everyone).
The cost of the walk, including insurance, is €5 for members and €10 for non-members.
We recommend clothing suitable for hiking, sun protection, a hat and at least one and a half litres of water per person!
