At the end of summer, the St Joseph’s Pilgrims’ Way comes to life again!
On Saturday 12 September, three events will take place in a single day along the stretch between Verduno and La Morra: a hike, an experiential tour of Cascina Bauci culminating in a convivial sunset refreshment break known as ‘il Sacco del Pellegrino’, and an evening concert (harp and oboe duo) organised by the Alba Musi Festival in the secret gardens of the Royal Castle of Verduno.
Anyone wishing to do so may take part in all three activities, or two, or even just one.
An alternative by car is also available for those unable to walk long distances. In the event of bad weather, only the hike will be cancelled; the other events will take place indoors.
