On Sunday 8th June, for the first date of the Oasi dello Spirito (Oasis of the Spirit), the LIPU Oasis of Canapali opens its gates, a splendid protected naturalistic area, just a few metres from the Tanaro river, born from the environmental regeneration of a gravel quarry.
An immersion in nature in search of balance. Nature walks and independent visits with a georeferenced audio guide, birdwatching huts, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga sessions, and poetry readings in the greenery.

The Oasis can be reached independently by car, on foot or by bicycle (with different routes).
It will be open: between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., with the possibility of birdwatching and discovering the Oasis with a free multimedia audio guide (available at this event from Saturday 7 June). Between 5 p.m. and 6.30 p.m., yoga session and poetry reading by Martina Aleksandrovska. Poet and Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. She strives to unite the two fields in order to bring a little poetry into the practice as well.
Meet at the Oasis 15 minutes beforehand. The activity is for everyone and is suitable for beginners.
Reservation for the event is not necessary, but it is compulsory by the previous day for the yoga session and can be made by filling out the reservation form at this link, which contains all the useful information.
