- Castagnole delle Lanze
On Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 October, the historic centre of Castagnole delle Lanze, in the heart of Monferrato, will host the penultimate of twenty-two events in the Borgo diVino tour, a series of events dedicated to local and national wine and food excellence in the circuit of “I Borghi più belli d'Italia” (Italy's most beautiful villages) (one village per region for a total of 20 stops), which this year has seen the addition of two foreign stops: San Marino, International Guest Village of the Association ‘I Borghi più belli d'Italia’ (The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy), and Le Castellet, a village certified by the French association ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages de France’ (The Most Beautiful Villages in France).
It will be a three-day event dedicated to Taste and Beauty, allowing wine lovers to learn about wines, listen to the stories of producers and taste typical local gastronomic specialities.
In Castagnole delle Lanze, you will find a selection of the best local and national wines, ranging from local Piedmontese labels to those from around 30 wineries from other Italian regions such as Sicily, Abruzzo, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Lazio, Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia, Tuscany and beyond.
There will also be a dedicated area for food, offering gastronomic specialities and live music.
