Trekking - Monferrato

Via dei Santi – Variant 3A

Starting from the concentric of Baldichieri d’Asti, we continue northwards, towards Castellero. After a short stretch along the paved road, we turn left at a dirt path that winds through the hills and, through wooded areas, we arrive at Vallotte.

Here we cross SP12 and walk along the road that climbs the ridge of the hill and leads directly to the centre of Castellero. From the main square, we can admire a magnificent panorama that opens on the valley below and reaches as far as the Alps.
