Cese and Ciabot

"Cese e Ciabot", in Italian Chiese e Casotti, which means Churches and Sheds, is a trail that starts from the Church of San Vittore in the hamlet of Cioccaro and ends at the Church of San Grato in Penango.

The route winds its way through hills and vineyards, passing by the "Ciabot", small brick buildings, typical of the Langhe Monferrato Roero area, used as storage space for agricultural tools, close to the vineyards.

This trail touches the highest point in the municipality of Penango, the hill of the aqueduct (298 m a.s.l.).
