The Fossils Trail - Leg 3

Keep on riding towards Piazza Dante, and then proceed northwards on the road that leads to Albugnano.

Go past the Bonetta Farmhouse and follow the beautiful scenic road until you reach the hamlet of Albugnano and the stunning Belvedere at 553 metres above sea level, also called "the Monferrato balcony”.

Don’t miss the detour and go visit Vezzolano Abbey, the Romanesque church of San Pietro and the recently restored old town.
